Project description:
I developed a set of responsive HTML5 and CSS3 templates for a content-heavy website for the Australian Parliament. The templates were designed to adapt seamlessly across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices, ensuring a consistent and user-friendly experience. To maintain compatibility with existing legacy code, I worked with an older version of the Zurb Foundation framework, carefully integrating it with modern HTML and CSS practices. This approach allowed the site to remain maintainable while supporting complex content structures.
To enhance functionality, I implemented extensive JavaScript modules for interactive features, dynamic content loading, and user interface enhancements. These modules supported a variety of site components, including navigation menus, content filters, and multimedia elements, ensuring the website remained fast, responsive, and engaging for users. By combining responsive design, legacy framework integration, and advanced scripting, I delivered a professional, modern web experience tailored to the needs of a high-profile government site.
